• Profile information — resume, work history, education, skills, location, salary expectations, and preferences you add.
• Recruiter content — company details and job postings you publish.
• Communications — messages, feedback, and support requests you send us.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, searches run, jobs saved or applied to, and feature interactions.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps.
• Cookies and local storage — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See our Cookie Policy.

Information from third parties

• Social / OAuth sign-in — if you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive your basic profile and email.
• Aggregated job listings — public job data collected from partner and public job platforms.

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• Match you with relevant jobs, alerts, salary insights, and skill-gap analysis.
• Let recruiters review applications you submit to their postings.
• Operate features such as auto-apply, interview prep, and negotiation coaching that you choose to use.
• Send transactional email (verification, alerts, application updates) and, where permitted, product updates.
• Monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Service and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• With recruiters — when you apply to a job, your application and profile are shared with that recruiter.
• Service providers — hosting, database, email delivery, storage, analytics, and payment processors that act on our instructions.
• Legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of users and the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from your settings; we then remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

• Access & update — view and edit your profile and account information at any time.
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in any such message.
• Cookies — control cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
